This blend functions to calm the Nervous System and specially helpful for stress, and insomnia. Drink a cup or two a few hours before bedtime, or whenever needed. Basically it's a hug in a mug.
INGREDIENTS:
Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Rose Petals, Milky Oats, Passionflower, Skullcap leaf and Licorice Root
RITUAL
Steep 1 tsp- 1 tbsp tea per cup of hot water and allow the mind to slow down. Cover and steep for 5 minutes , strain and sip.
Consult doctor or practitioner before taking any herbal remedy to make sure its right for you. Especially if pregnant, on blood thinners or high blood pressure.
