We aim to get our products into your hands fresh, so it can take up to a week to get your just-made skincare in a box and on its way to you. If we have a longer than 10-day lead time we will let you know via email. Usually, we are able to ship much sooner though! Products can take time to create so please be patient. We want to make sure everything is up to our standards. Formulating, bottling, and labeling are all done in house. Each batch is made with lots of love!

We take great care wrapping all our products to ensure against breakage, and as part of our commitment to Mother Earth, we use only recyclable shipping materials. Please recycle and reuse our boxes and if you have questions about your order contact us at BradshawEsthetics@gmail.com. Here are some more details about our shipping process.

  • We ship via Canada Post, Tuesday through Saturday and have a flat rate $14.99. We are too small for free shipping at this time. If your in our area we have two local free pickup locations.

  • In a rush? Sorry, we’re slow skincare: good things take time and we don’t offer rush orders.

  • Can I change my order after its placed? We can change an order before it has shipped, but not after.

  • Can you redirect my shipment? If you need to redirect once your order has shipped, we will work with you at your cost. Please be aware that we’re unable to replace or refund orders due to incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Where is my order? Check your tracking number in your Conformation Email to track your box.

  • What if I didn’t get a tracking number? Check your spam. For some reason our tracking numbers often make their way into spam folders. If you still can’t find it send us an an email, we will be happy to email it to you.

  • What happens if my package went missing though?! If your order is lost we will work with you and do whatever we can to help you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed. Please use a secure delivery address, because we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. (so far nothing has gone missing!)

  • What happens if my bottle is broken when I receive it? We’re sorry–we hate when that happens! Send us a picture and we will ship you a replacement in the mail at absolutely no cost to you.

Currently due to covid, some of our raw materials are slowly making it to us, which means we are waiting to make some products available. You may see some products are ‘out of stock’ from time to time, which means we are waiting on orders of our raw goods. Some ingredients require pickup from the Valley an hour away and can take time to become available again. Also note some of our hydrosols are very limited as they are distilled in very small batches from local plant material grown that season. We may be out till the next growing season on some items.

returns and exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of these products we don’t accept returns — unless damaged or defective upon arrival. We are unable to offer refunds due to product reactions, so please start with a sample of any new product to ensure compatibility. We offer Trial Sets to help with this.

It is, however, very important to us that you are pleased with your experience and thrilled with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your items upon receiving them, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help.

pickups

When placing your order online, choose the option for 'pick up' . We have two locations for pickups. Dartmouth (my home mailbox) and Halifax (work mailbox). Because we are usually in with clients we have made product pickup easy. You will receive an email when your order is ready, the next day after conformation, your products will be ready. Any time after 10:00 am they will be waiting in our mailbox with your name. You can pickup at your convenience any time that day. If you have chosen our Dartmouth pickup location the address will be provided in your confirmation email.

Orders can be picked up Tuesdays-Saturdays.

Your order will not be ready for pick up on any other day unless you have made an arrangement or have scheduled an appointment. If the day your products are scheduled to be in our mailbox doesn’t work, please email right away to coordinate another day.

Look for our red door, our black mailbox is right next to the door. Very easy to find! Your order will have your name on it!
