TOOTHPASTE | remineralizing powder
TOOTHPASTE | remineralizing powder
Whiten, strengthen and invigorate
Dentists will tell you that genetics and “proper” dental care and fluoride treatments will result in healthy teeth and gums. However, we know that indigenous tribes who ate healthy diets enjoyed remarkably good dental health. When indigenous tribes were introduced to the Western diet, disease, including oral disease, followed. But for those of us who didn’t grow up on a traditional diet, this remineralizing tooth powder can help bridge the gap, while we get our diets in order.
Dysbiosis (an imbalance of bacteria) in your mouth can lead to dysbiosis in the gut, and as we’ve learned, our gut health affects our entire body. Oral dysbiosis is WAY more common than most people realize and comes with some pretty tell-tale symptoms.
Symptoms of Oral Dysbiosis:
Bad breath
Bleeding gums
Salvia consistency
Plaque and tartar
Cavities
Systemic disease
What we left out: synthetic additives, preservatives, foaming agents, colors, artificial flavors, fluoride, carrageenan, triclosan, and SLS.
Benefits
Whitens teeth
Freshens breath
Remineralizes tooth enamel
Repairs cavities
Antibacterial

PRO TIPS: (adapted from Living Libations) these steps should be done before eating any meals. Morning and Night.
Step 1: THE SALT RINSE
Make a salt water solution to keep in your bathroom. (16oz of spring water to 1oz of salt in a mason jar)
Step 2: SCRAPING THE TONGUE
Holding the ends of a tongue scraper, gently scape the tongue from back to front 2-3 times. A spoon also works for this.
Rinse the scraper off each time.
Step 3: POLISHING/ BRUSHING THE TEETH
Polish with a lightly wet round-headed electric toothbrush. Or Regular soft bristle brush. I usually use electric at night and regular brush in the morning.
Step 4: FLOSSING
Floss two times back to back!
You could also apply a drop of Happy Gum Drops along the Smart Floss. These are both from Living Libations. My other favorite tooth products.
Step 5: FINAL RINSE
Use salt rinse again– vigorous swish and spit.
