SOLAR GLOW

RITUAL: Apply evenly and massage into skin. Applying to moist skin after bathing or showering provides the most effective absorption. Shake slightly to stir the mica that will sink to the bottom.

RITUAL: For aromatic use. Foot Bath: Sprinkle one small handful into a foot bath and soak feet for 20 minutes. Bath: Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls into warm bath water. Soak in bath for 30 minutes.

RITUAL: Take a dropper full and rub between fingertips to warm oil. Massage deeply into the scalp for 5-10 minutes. Leave on for at least 20 minutes. For a deeper treatment, leave on overnight. Shampoo with your normal natural shampoo. Recommended use: 1-2 times per week or as needed.

Note: This oil can be used nightly, using less. Massage scalp, then brush through hair with 10 good brush strokes. Do this on an empty stomach. Blood will come to the scalp, don't divert when digesting.

PALO SANTO

Our palo santo is 100% ethically harvested from Peru. They ethically harvest from naturally fallen and aged trees (minimum of four years), while replanting in the wild.

RITUAL: Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow out. Move about your workspace, home, car, bathroom or anywhere you would like to clear the energy. The rich smell will also bring peace and clarity to the moment along with good feelings. When finished, place the stick in a fire proof bowl of metal, glass or clay. The glow will end on its own unless you blow on the ember which will keep the smoke going. Always use caution and respect when working with fire.
